Calculate the distance and Display google map picture into excel

Hello All,

I found this code here in forum , it brings the distance (km) between two addresses form googlemap, i am using it at my work , now i want to embed the googlemap picture .

i attached the sheet itself , it might be helpful for others who had no chance to see it till now.

the error is coming while loading the map picture.
Any idea to fix it?
