    Right Click not working

I have Office 2010, I can no longer right click on a spread sheet and get any options. I have repaired the installation, I have removed and reinstalled Excel, and I have removed the add-ins.

The program works fine in safe mode.

I do not have ANY VBA programming.

Thanks in advance for ANY help.

    Hi Wayne555,

Have you checked your mouse settings in your OS?

    Re: Right Click not working

    Thanks MarvinP

I had tried a couple of these links already and still no luck.

This one has me stumped. I have disabled all add-ins. I know it is not VB code because it happens on every worksheet including new ones.

Works fine in safe mode. SO i figure it has to be something loading when Excel loads. Is there anyway to tell what is loading with Excel?

    Thanks
    Wayne

Ok, It sounds like one of your drivers is grabbing keystrokes. In Windows 7 press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and get to the Task Manager. This will list (on the second tab) all the processes that are running. You can click on a process and END it. After ending the process, test to see if you can right click.

I got a FitBit that connects to my USB port. I also have a Garmin driver that thinks the FitBit is a GPS device and they seem to overlap types of information. I've suspected that one of these drivers keeps my space and enter keys from working. I need to test this.

If you boot in Safe Mode - Look at the Processes that are running in the background and filter your list down to discover which driver is doing the Right Click damage.

Just to confirm, when i say safe mode, I am talking about running excel in safe mode not the OS.
