    condition formula based on date

    i have a inspection chart for machine having every 30 days inspection.
    for exp if due date is 20-12-2011. iwil perform inspection and i will enter new date that will be 19-01-2012. i wnt cell color pink before one day on due date cell color red. how can i make it.

    If dates are column A then highlight column A and conditional format

    and format pink -- this will highlight pink only 1 day before todays date

    Good morning for me too.

    grizzly6969, I am curious to understand what gives you the INT function, in this case.

    For me, comes no result ..

    Take away the effect applied to something more simple. ie:

    For one day before inspection.(Pink colour)>>=A1=TODAY()+1>>>PINK COLOUR

    If TODAY, is the day of inspection(Red Colour)>>=A1=today()
