    Finding peak usage times

So we have computer reservation software at my work. The reporting module is very basic and only displays daily totals. I need to find out when the busiest times of the day are (at what point most of the computers are being used at the same time).

Is this something I am able to do with Excel?

I have columns with the following data:

PC, User, Login Time and Logout Time

    You can't.
You say you have a login time and a logout time but you dont have any information that indicates whether a pc is being used or is idle during that time,
e.g. I log on at 9am and log out at 5pm. I feel lazy and dont fancy working today. All you can tell is my pc was on for 8 hrs.
Doesnt mean I did any work in that time period.

You need to know at what time each reservation was made.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Thanks for the reply.

Our computers have a 5 minute idle time out. If you do nothing for 5 minutes, it logs you off automatically. That includes mouse movements or keyboard strokes.

The reservation time is actually the login time. Our computers don't actually do reservations, its just an option. They just walk up and use them.
