    Copying and Pasting Cells

I have this spreadsheet that references a cell for 19 rows, and then references the cell below that for 19 rows, etc. Attached in the workbook you will see Loan #1 19 times, then Loan #2 19 times, then Loan #3 19 times, etc. This is going to happen for like 600 loans. Not shown in the excel file, these cells are links within the worksheet(not this one). For example, A1 to A19, is in sheet 'This Sheet'A3 and references Cell A3 from "This Sheet", A20 to A38 references Cell A4 from 'This Sheet'A4.... etc. When I go to copy and paste the 19 rows, it does not paste the way I wish to have it show. Is there an easier way to do this? Currently, I am copying the cell text and pasting 19 times. copying cell text adding one and pasting 19 times(cell text means the formula- 'This Sheet'!A4). Thanks for any assistance

One way to do it would be to have list all 600 unique loan numbers in cells a1-a600. In cell a601 put in the formula "=a1". Now you can copy this down to a11400 (thats 600x19). Now copy and paste values for column a and resort in asc order.

Thanks. This gives me a few ideas that I will try. I want to keep the formula, but will see what I can do. Thanks

Figured it out, I used Mid function, past values, convert to numbers and then got it through some sorts. Thanks again.
