Giving cell references to filtered data

I have a dashboard in my reports that I refer to a lot during my work. It has one sheet with data, where i can use filter at the top choosing the Asia region, then countries and then month.

Now, I am using a very long process to get values out of the sheet. I insert a new tab and give cell references, so I choose "Malaysia" in the filters and the cell references are in the new tab. I then copy the values from the tab and paste them as numbers in a new sheet. I then keep changing the filters for country and keep copy pasting the cells in the new sheet one below the other. I am sure there must be another way to do it. Can anyone refer me to a thread where this has been discussed or tell me what I can do.

Some better options would be PivotTables, Advanced Filter or AutoFilter with copy & paste
    Hope that helps.

Thanks for the response. Actually the dashboard is made by someone else and they thought that the information would be used directly from the sheet. So the format is not right for pivot tables to work.

I wish there was a way of use the same option with country filters that one can use with pivot table, the "Show Report Filters Pages" option. Atleast that would seperate the country tabs with same information instead of copy pasting them.
