the following formula gives me total mileage by MIN / MAX calculation.
=GETPIVOTDATA("Max of ODOMETER",$A$3,"VEHICLE",8)-GETPIVOTDATA("Min of ODOMETER",$A$3,"VEHICLE",8)
How do I get the item number to change with the corresponding row label.
The row label designation should match the item # in the formula, when I copy it down for all rows, the item # stays the same.
I tried to upload the worksheet, too large I think, failed to upload.

When I have to make formulas outside of a PT, i manually type in the cell references, rather than pointing to them, try that and see if that helps you?
