    Duplicating spreadsheet across a year

    Hello,

I've created a spreadsheet for some project I'm doing. I want to duplicate the first page across 12months (on different spreadsheets)

I want to keep all formatting/formulas and all dates, but I have date formats such as 1-jan-2012 - 31-jan-2012 (on the new spreadsheet I want that to change to Feb etc)

I have uploaded the spreadsheet for your reference
    Attached Files Attached Files

    hi pepsi,

copying the whole column of the Jan worksheet & pasting in other worksheets should work right? the formulas & formatting will stay. anyway, u should add formula in Column H =TEXT(WEEKDAY(A3),"dddd")

that would help in the other months. a fast way of copying would be adding 11 worksheets first. copy column A:N in "Jan12" worksheet. click the "Feb12" worksheet. hold on to the SHIFT key & click the last worksheet u added (should be sheet10 using your file). that would allow you to select all 11 worksheets. Paste it in column A. now all 11 worksheets have the same formatting & formulas as "Jan12"

Then you can change the months 1 by 1 by using Find & Replace (Ctrl + H). For eg in Feb12, u can find "/1/" & replace it with "/2/".
