    Produce a timesheet

I have a time sheet template to create. I need to use if function to formulate ordinary hours at 8 my start time is 7:30am and finish is 4pm with 30min break. I also would lilke to know how to use if function in overtime column, Time &1/2column and Double time column. My Ordinary hours are 8, the pay is time 1/2 for the first 2 hrs and Double time there after. I have no idea how to formulate these columns using IF Function.
