Hello
I am trying to arrange and chart data from up to 4 different years. This data is concerning the numbers of penguins seen on certain dates over these years, and I want to show a comparison over the years which highlights the change in numbers each year and within given months of those years.

I'm not sure how to firstly arrange the data in the spreadsheets and then to chart it in a line graph.

can someone please help!
