Creating a list in a Column using Data Scattered in Different Cells

    Hi Everyone,

This thread is kind of an extension to the below thread

    http://www.excelforum.com/excel-misc...16#post2802916

Russell Dawson I did try you suggestion but since my data had mixed delimiters it didn't work as expected so I used Marcol's Formula which I found was very useful and easier for me. Even Haseeb's would have worked if i had only <Space> OR <Space>

So thank you all for the support and guidance.

My current problem is that I have the data as per Marcol's Formula and now I need the keywords to be arranged in a Single Column, again the data is voluminous so can't do it manually

Thanks in advance for all the support

    Regards,

    Using your posted workbook...
This regular formula lists each source range item, in order: left-to-right, top-to-bottom:
    H2: =INDEX($A$2:$D$5,CEILING(ROWS($1:1)/4,1),MOD(ROWS($1:1)-1,4)+1)

Copy that formula down as far as you need.
These are the first 10 results:
    PI3K
    PIK3
    AKT
    CDK
    EGFR
    BRAF
    KRAS
    CAIX
    FGFR
    MTK

Is that something you can work with?
