Data Filtering/Sorting

Hi Gurus,

I have 2 columns, (Student Name and Grade Result), under Student Name column, are the list of students and under Grade Result are the grades as stated, (Poor, Fair, Good and Excellent).

My goal is - I want to list all the students name with Poor, Fair, Good and Excellent grades in columns POOR, FAIR, GOOD and EXCELLENT in new sheet.

Any suggested is much appreciated.
