I am preparing an excel spreadsheet that is populated with several drop down list via data validation. From this sheet I am desiring to prepare cards to be sent out. The cards will have the information from the selections of the drop down list and will be produced by taking the information from the excel sheet using Word Mail Merge. First, can I merge the selections from the drop down list, or do I first have to convert the selections to values? This I can do. What I would like to do is to merge directly from the drop down list. If this is possible, how is it done?
