Input the cross referenced value after looking up a table?

Thank you in advance for your time helping, I'm novice at excel but learning as I go.
In the attached sample, In column A there are two drop down lists, the resulting combination of those two cells will relate to the table $E$1:$J$18

    For example:
Material: Aluminium, Thickness: 16 would relate to the cell G13
Material: Plastic, Thicknes 4 would realte to J7

The result of cross referencing of both the appropriate Material(culumn) & thickness(row)of whatever combination is selected in both cells A2 & A6 will be placed in cell A9

The big question is....how do I go about achieving this?

Any help whatsoever would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you

    Greg
