Weekly Sum Function Needed

I need a function that will give me the weekly SUM from the to/from dates (Column A & B) in respect to todays date (Column C).

Please see attached.

Can you explain a bit more???

1. Do you need the working days or calendar days between 01 July 2012 to 07 July 2012 & then
2. Once we get the above figure what action is required with respect to todays date?

I would need the calendar days. I just want a function that will be give the production sum for the week.

Example -->
From: 08/1/2012
To: 8/4/2012
Sum for the week (from - to date): 20
Todays date: 08/2/2012
Sum: 20

For todays date it could be any where in between those two dates, I want to sum to remain the same.
