How to delet the 0 values but leave the zero place holders?

I have a sheet that is much bigger than this one but this is an example of what it looks like. I need to delete the zeros if the value of the cell is zero but keep the zeroes that hold a place like in the number 10. How do I do it? I don't want to hide the 0 I need to delete it so they won't be factored into min calculations. Thanks for your help.

Do a find replace (CTRL+H) and type 0 and leave the Replace With field empty. Make sure to check "Match entire cell contents"

That worked beautifully! It was the "match entire cell contents" that really made the difference. Thanks
