    List Unique Data referencing column C for Team and column B for Name

    Hi Guys,

    I need some help listing only name who are in Team A, Team B, Team C ETC.

    I tried vlookup but it only brings back the first name of the match but not the unique name of everyone in the table/array

    I have attached a sample below. If someone could help that will be greatly appreciated, Thanks

    hi arekkusu03, welcome to the forum. first off, you must standardise the Team Leader naming. your column C is with a space like "A ". H5:P5 is without spaces like "A". with that, you can copy this formula & paste inside the formula bar of H6:

    Try using pivot table, drop Team Leader and Agent Name in the Row Fields area. You should see the structure show in the attached the file.

    I was just wondering if you would be able to help me alter the formula to show the lists of Agents in the Team who are currently "Active" only.

    Please find attached the sample below.

    Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
