Can I combine several tabs into 1 tab in a spreadsheet?

    Greetings,

I regularly recieve a spreadsheet with 6 tabs in it. All 6 tabs are formatted the same but differentiated by the tab "name". So each tab has a tab name and 4 columns of data.

What I need to be able to do is create a macro that will create a new tab, insert the first tab name into col A and then the data for that tab in B though E. Then below that, the next tab and so on until all tabs are consolidated into the new tab.

I have not been able to figure out a macro to do this and hope to find some help here.

New guy here and I appreciate the help.

    Ken

SOLVED Re: Can I combine several tabs into 1 tab in a spreadsheet?

It works fine. However I hadn't realized the data I was given would exceel the row limit of Excel.

Love the code though and can use it it other places.

I think I'm going to re-vector my question in another thread. I think my plan B will be to insert a col in A and copy each tab name into A for each tab. I can work with that.

    Thank you,
