Scroll Down Automatically in Shared Workbook

I have a shared workbook open on two different computers. The workbook is set to update automatically every 5 minutes. One of the computers is hooked up to a display for people to look at. Is there a way for excel to automatically scroll down in the workbook when updates are made to see the most recent additions on the display computer? I.e. The excel program is listing flights. When new flights are added I went them to be seen on the screen. Right now only the first flights entered are visable unless you manually scroll. I do not want anyone to have to "man" the display computer.

    Thanks for your help!!

Yes but it requires VBA. However, if the workbook is set up to automatically update every 5 minutes then you must be using VBA already. What are the mechanics of the update? If there is VBA code to make the update, then code can be added in the same place to do what you want. Any chance you can post a copy of the file? If the data is sensitive, I really just would want to see the code; you can delete the data.

No VBA currently. Since it is a shared worksheet I just changed the advanced share setting. I'm open to adding a VBA though. Just not sure how to do. I'm attaching a copy of the spreadsheet. To get it to run correctly fill in the yellow columns on the FLT Strip worksheet for boarding pass 1. Then go to the Mission Log worksheet and put the number 1 into any time slot. Then go to the display worksheet and put in a 1. It is the display worksheet that I want to scroll down as data is added. It will be connected to a big screen TV.

Thanks for your help!!! I really appreciate it.

I have very limited experience with shared workbooks. When you say it updates automatically every 5 minutes, where does it get the data from and how does it get it? There is a VBA module in your file, although it's empty.

Here is a hint, the following code may give you some ideas. I can consider how this can be properly integrated into your overall solution if we can discuss my questions in above posts.

With shared workbooks you can choose to have your workbook updated every 5 minutes with data that another user is entering on the same workbook. I know there is a VBA open. I was going to try to give it a shot but have no idea how to do it so it is just empty now. Is there also a VBA to have it sort automatically?
