Is there a way to change the text's encoding from within an excel ?

Hi all,
I have a file that has some Swedish characters in it, but some of the characters does not appear correct (please see file attached).
Is there a way to encode this text from within the excel file so that I get to see the Swedish fonts correctly?

Interesting question since I also can't see the proper Swedish characters and my language setting is Swedish.

Don't know if this will be of any help to you but I translated "funnies" back to Swedish I'll upload it as a png file.
