Display only numbers with a specific number

My data is shown that way:
Date ; customer ; complain

I want to show only lines from a specific customer but not with a dropdown menu, I want to use a cell where I will write the customer name. So the chart will sort and only show everything from that specific customer. Is there a way to do that?
