How to divide money based on time AND amount of contribution?

I am trying to use MS Excel 2007 in solving this problem but total amount do not match... Please help...

Three (3) people were involved in raising a fund of $500.00 which earned $300.00 after 5 days. They decided to divide the total money to each contributor based on time and amount of contribution. I need to find each one's part.

John contributed $100.00 on Day1 and $50.00 on Day3,
Peter contributed $75.00 on Day2 and $125.00 on day4 and
Sam contributed $150 on Day4.

What i meant was... i wanted to divide or distribute the amount earned proportionately based on time the contribution was made. This means if 2 people contributed the same whole amount in 2 different days, the first one gets bigger share compared to the other...

I was thinking on that line . But you want that on the basis of ratio of contributors or is there any % of it .....if possible pls send me your desire result then I will be able to work on the same
