Excel file is slow

I am working on 2007 excel and I have one excel file which is creating problems now and then .

1) File is very slow
2) I am not able to delete any line items its shows error message as “ Excel cannot complete this task with available resources .Choose less data or close other application”.(I am trying to delete only one line )

My file size is 539 KB .

File contains some data for which formula are linked and file is saved in Binary format.

Try this.

Select and copy the full worksheet by clicking top left, near the cell A1 ( where row and column joins). Paste in new excel file. Save & open it. See if it is still slow.

Even then if it's slow, then we need to check if any formulas causing the slowness.

I have tried all these ... I cannot delete formulas these are essencial ... But the file size is less but still it gives this error
