Cricket Bowling stats

Hi all,

So I am trying to figure out the best bowling performance over the course of my career.

I have 3 columns, wickets, runs conceded and type of match(One day, 20/20, etc). On Sheet1 I am trying to show the best bowling
figures that is recorded on Sheet2 for the specific format played.

I want to show the most wickets taken in a match with the least amount of runs conceded, e.g. 1/20 would be better than 1/22,
but 2/100 would be better than 1/20

Any help would be appreciated!

Hennie

Aangename kenis and welcome to the forum (its been a while, but does everyone still hate the blue bulls? lol j/k)...ex SA ex-pat here

I would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
