Imported Data not aligned in excel/table format

I imported data from another program and need to organize it in typical excel style.
example:

Supplier: ABC
Payment Number

1

2

etc. etc.
( this isn't showing up correctly once I post but its the supplier's information and then a table under each supplier with the data that I need to align with the supplier name so it looks like- column 1=Name, column 2=Payment #, column 3= amount)

I need to find a way to have the supplier name attached to the payment number through a function or button because the file is very large.

Please and thank you

If you are importing data you can use the text to columns feature and you'll need to make some choices about how the data appears.
Without an example spreadsheet posted (non-confidential info) it is hard to see what the data looks like though.

Hi and welcome to the forum

copy/pasting into here often does not show your data the way you intended I would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

Is thwe format/layout constant for all "sets", with the same amount of "accounts" each time?

no each set has it's own amount because it represents the amount of transactions done with that supplier.
