    Data to be consolidated

    Hello All,

I have 3 months data, which should be consolidated in one page. I have created the Report tab on attached data sheet. But i'm not aware how consolidate another 2 months data into this tab.

For ex: if we select Emp Name along with month, i need a data of that particular month to that selected employee.

Could anyone please help me on this.

You can Email me for any question or if you can send me new report to [email protected]

Hi and welcome to the forum

    why is it sad?

to begin with, every-one on this forum volunteers their time freely - no-one gets paid.
    2nd, please read forum rule # 13...
•If your question has not been answered within a day, consider adding another post with any additional information you believe is relevant. If you think your post is good as is, just reply to your own thread with the words "Bump no response", which will bring it to the top of the forum.
In other words, please wait at least a day before "bumping" for a response. Also, consider this...many members look for posts with zero replies. By "bumping" your thread, it now has 1 reply and may get overlooked by those who look for 0 replies

You can Email me for any question or if you can send me new report to [email protected]
We prefer that all correspondance takes place IN the thread, not in private, the whole purpose of this forum is for everyone to help and everyone to learn - that can hardly happen if discussion is taking place outside the thread.
(I have removed your email adress, to save you from potential email flooding, you should not post personnal/sensitive info in open forums)

    Thanks

OK, after having said all that, change your formulas to this. This applies to the formula in C3, but the same thing will work for the other formulas, just change the column refereces...
    =VLOOKUP($B3,INDIRECT($D$3&"!$A$2:$M$11"),2,0)

    Re: Data to be consolidated

    Hello there,

Please review the attached file with formulas that will change based on the selected month. Also, instead of typing in name, just enter Emp ID and the name will populate with the rest of the data.

    Re: Data to be consolidated

Just added a dropdown for the employee name that will fill in the ID and added a summary page which may be useful... or not.
