How can I mark as final for Excel 2003?

Please help! How can I mark as final for Excel 2003?

Might need to add some more information as to what exactly your marking as final. Do you mean an excel file so everyone who see's it knows not to edit it, if so password protect the file.

Like excel in Win 2007, we just need to go to the sign at the left corner upper, --->prepared-------->mark as final. Then, we cannot edit anything. I do not know if in excel of win 2003, there is this function?
