help needed on Tracking excel

I have Tracking excel with details as below

Activity description Action by Duedate

Action by contains multiple initials (like SRK; SRT; PAK all in 1 cell).
I wish to have macro to create another table which can sort as below (to help track person wise responsibility)

SRT
Activity 1 duedate1
Activity 23 duedate23

(single activity should fall under different actionable users also)
Can anyone please help me.

Does it have to be a macro?

Couldn't you use a pivot table and add the "Action By" as a filter?

but Action By many have various type of cells

Action1 sachin; ricky; lara; jonty
Action2 jonty;sachin
action3 jonty; lara

so to track what all is pending with say jonty I have to search many cells/columns in case of pivot table.

Note" this is just one part of complexity, other like status, due date, etc sorting I will deal with separately but many need what Jonty has in hand so as to prioritize his weekly tasks.

please find the Sample Excel. .I have generate sample results also but only for persons"PAK" and "SRT". .they are 50+ activities and 12+ persons that too daily the list gets changed/updated (only once). So plz suggest best way to do it. .Thank you in advance. .
