Import Refreshed Data

Hi there, sometimes I need to import data from one Excel document to another and I do this by importing from Microsoft Query and I select Excel Files and then I proceed to import a specific table from from another Excel document. However the data I am importing requires a refresh at its source before I do an import. So what I need to do at the moment is refresh the query in the other document and press save, and then open my new document and refresh that table to get the latest information from that saved file.

Is there a faster way of importing a refreshed query without having to open the other documents first and refreshing the queries and saving the file. Because I have a document that is calling 10 or so different Excel documents. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I appreciate your help, as I said the data I am copying from requires a refresh before the copy. And your method also requires the document to be open. Thanks,
