Web query refreshed data should get saved

Hi all,

I have been working on a problem for over a week without any progress. I hope the people over here can help me.

I have a file ( see attached), it gets data from a web query and gets refreshed automatically after 1 min interval.
My request : Cell b1 to b48 contains the value which gets changed every minute. The titles are mentioned from a1 to a48. I want that when b1 gets refreshed to a new value then the old value should get stored somewhere, so that in the end I have 1 min prices of a1.
If would be really appreciated if we can get the time when the data got refreshed and in the 1 min database time is there when that data got saved.

you can try with just one stock... donot need the entire portfolio.... just want the help with the logic

Cell B1 gets refreshed every every minute. What I need is every minutes value. Hope I am clear in explaining the problem.

Same can be done by macro but for that i need a actual sheet with running query, because while running your query on my system it says "Unexpected error occurred"
