Icons for Quick Access toolbar

Hi there
I've created some macros in Excel 2010 which I've added to the Quick Access Toolbar and want to show them using some of my own icons rather than the ones that show when you click the 'Browse' button. There is no option to navigate to any other location.

Does anyone know if it is possible to access icons other than the set provided?

Thanks for the link, Andy; however, it's a little too complicated for me to follow. As well as that, one of the first things I had to do was access my C:\Documents and Settings folder but on our network we are shut out of that folder (Access is denied).
