I have various spreadsheets at work that have been previously made by other people, a lot of the cells have a small red triangle in the top right hand corner and if you hover over it a small box pops up with a description in it.

I was wondering how exactly do you apply one of these pop up boxes to a cell?

right click the cell and select "insert comment" from the pop-up menu.

Oh that's an even quicker way, thanks! I was originally going on the Review tab.
