    Tricky conditional formatting

    Hey there!
I am having a small problem with conditional formatting.
I need to use green arrow pointing down.
Using a green arrow who looks diffrent is out of question.
Is it even possible with conditional formatting?
Thank you so much for your help,
    Zohar.

    Re: Tricky conditional formatting

Without seeing any source information it sounds like your problem could be solved using an IF function combined with conditional formatting.

First you'd need to set up the IF function like this, replacing the things between the <> to fit your specific situation.

The quotes around the arrow are important, otherwise the program will give you an error without them.
To get the arrow use the Insert Menu, choose Symbol, find a down arrow on that list.

Next to use conditional formatting to get the arrow to appear green
Set condition 1 to "If Formula is" and enter =IF(<Condition you want the green down arrow for>,1,0) then set the font color to Green.

    I hope this helps.
