    Pivot Table Calculated Field

    Hi,

I have created a Pivot Table using data that's in a range assigned as a Table.

When setting up the PT I inserted a few calculated fields that used data in the associated Table. The calculated fields returned the correct results but when I tried to edit the formulae in the calculated field (PivotTable Tools -> Options -> Fields, Items & Sets -> Calculated Field) I can't see the formulae.

Can someone please tell me how to edit the formulae?

    Thanks

hi andrewc. in that window you mentioned, there is a dropdown for the Name field. select that & you should see your calculated Field. if you didn't change the name, it'll probably be named Field1 by default. you can then edit the formula. upload a sample file if you can't find it.

Thanks, if you have clicked on the * and added our rep.
