Randomly pairing wrestlers in a list

I want to be able to input wrestlers names and pair them up for 2 matches randomly. Is there any way to do this? I am not advanced in excel, but not a novice either. I need to make sure they don't wrestle the same people in each round. Also there will be wrestlers from the same team, so is there any way to try and not pair them together unless it is necessary????
    Thanks,
    Ray

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    pairing wrestlers.xlsx

Here is a basic layout of what I need to do. The wrestler's names would be in Col A with their school name in Col B. I would need to somehow "randomly" pair them up with someone from another team, if possible, for a match. Do that for everyone in the list and then do the same thing for a second round, where I also would make sure they do not wrestle the same person from Round 1.

I hope this helps and that someone has a way to do this. We currently do this by hand and it makes for a very long night trying to pair everyone up.

    Thanks in advance.
