Conditional Formatting for a multiple of a number

I'm trying to figure out how to get a cell to turn red if the number entered is not a multiple of a certain number, for example, 20.

I'm dealing with items on a pallet and my suppliers always seem to miscount, so this would just a little double check for myself.

welcome to the forum. select the range you want to apply to (say from A2:A10)
go to Home -> Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formula to determine which cells to format -> Format values where this formula is true:
=MOD(A2,20)

20 can also be referred to another cell
