Retrieve the last saved version excel file

Hi,

I'm in utmost need of help from the expert here

I have one file, called A.
I accidentally overwrite this A file with B data, but the file of the name was accidentally saved under A (i'm so stupid...)
Technically I should have this B data with another file name, let's say Testing.xlsx
How can I retrieve the A file before I overwrite it with B data?
