Calendar that will populate by user and date

Hi,

I'm trying to create a calendar/schedule by user and date using a central data sheet.
Wed Thu Fri Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri Mon Tue Wed Thu Fri
1/1/14 2/1/14 3/1/14 6/1/14 7/1/14 8/1/14 9/1/14 10/1/14 13/1/14 14/1/14 15/1/14 16/1/14 17/1/14

There are several people and clients and i would like a central data sheet which all i'd need to enter is the user initials and date from & till which will automatically populate the calendar.

we work on a quarterly basis so it would be appreciated if it was done on this basis also.

the central data sheet should look similar to this
FR 1 FR 2 Start Next Scheduled FR End Scheduled Customer
BM 2/01/2014 2/01/2014 ABC PTY LTD
ES 123 Pty ltd
MS FR 20/01/2014 24/01/2014 XYZ Pty Ltd

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello R,

welcome to the forum. It might be easier for someone to help if you could do a sample or a mock-up spreadsheet. It's hard to understand what you need from the post - the data is all bunched up.
