Security Warning Popup

When I open up one of my files, a security warning is visible just above the formula bar. It states, "Automatic update of link has been disabled" and then it has an options tab to the right of it.

Does anyone know what this is and is there a way to make it go away permanently? Thanks!

I do not know in 2007, but in excel 2010( I presume there are the same), go to:

File-Options-Advanced-3rd or 4th from bottom, you have general tab and when calculating this workbook tab, untick/Tick the auto link
