Overnight Weekend Work Schedule

My schedul created is almost perfect except for one feature i cannot figure out. My payroll stops time at midnight between friday and saturday (which ever day lol) but we have guys working between the hours of 10pm and 630am on fri nights which takes 2 hours on 1 week and 6 hrs on the next. right now this is formula =SUM(V17,S17,P17,M17,J17,G17,D17)*24 what do i need to add

I have several concerns with your design structure. First, when I see an AM time on a friday, there's no way to know if it belongs to that morning or the next. The same would apply to the following Saturday. You would have to look back at the preceeding day's clock-out and decide which week it belonged to, and there's no way to know. That's partly because your time is only a time, not a date/time. Also, the way you have it set up with 22 columns for every week is probably going to get cumbersome pretty quickly. You may want to have a separate sheet for each week, or some other way to manage it. There are probably timesheet examples or templates around that you could do a search for.
