I would like to save and protect my excel such that the next user who opens it through a common company drive, they will just see the excel sheet without the Ribbons, headings, formula bars, gridlines etc. ... is it possible?

Without using VBA macro it is not possible, since we have to turn off those things on Workbook Open.
