Removing blank cells

Hi there is there a formula to remove blank cells from a COL.

I have a list of 500 names but there are blanks in betwen. Basically COL A goes down to row 723. I cant sort as i need to keep them in the same order but i need to remove the blank cells

I also cant remove duplicates as i need to keep the duplicates in as well....

Have you tried Filter? try to filter blank cells, then remove those whole rows.

You can choose first all row, hold shift then choose last row, then right click - delete all once.
