Text and number in a cell with no decimal

Hi , I have a small issues with number formatting

i need to combine text and a number

- Ex Water - 13

The issues that i have is that when i do this excel adds decimals - Ex Water - 13,2

How do i avoid this using number formatting?

Try in custom format:
"Water - "0.0

If you mean you have text and number is separate cells and want to combine in another then use the TEXT function.

A1:= Water
A2:= 13.2
A3:= A1 & " - " & TEXT(A2,"0")
