Linking cells, need both to remain editable

Hi

I know there are a few threads here regarding linking/mirroring cells with a VBA code, I have tried this with my spreadsheet and it worked but I need to know how to make it cover a large amount of data (i.e. the persons name is in several spots and they all need to be linked). so need to link several rows and several columns, can anyone help please?

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Thanks, I have attached a sample now. So when I populate, for example, Andrews time on the Monday, i want it to automatically populate his monday on the other lines, but I need to be able to edit any of the lines next to his name and have it do the same thing. So if I click on any of his lines it populates them all the same.
