    Pivot Table Slicer Problem

    Hi,

    Please see the attached Example.

I have built a standard pivot table with a slicer on the month like the below. When I change month to feb it gets rid of the row Completed Outside SLA (30 Calendar Days) I was just seeing if there was a way to still keep this in but change the value to 0 instead of taking it out of the table.

I hope I explained it properly please let me know if you need any more information.

    Total # complaints created (% against # jobs) 31
Total # Complaints Closed In Month 17
Completed Outside SLA (30 Calendar Days) 12
Completed Within SLA (30 Calendar Days) 5
Total Complaints Open In Month 14
Completed Outside SLA (30 Calendar Days) 12
Completed Within SLA (30 Calendar Days) 2

Right click your 'Completed within SLA' row field, and choose 'Field Settings'. Choose the 'Layout & Print' tab, then tick the [] 'Show items with no data' box. Click OK. Sorted.

If you want to show zeroes instead of blank cells, right click the pivot table, choose 'Pivot Table Options', and untick the [] 'For empty cells show:' box.
