Paste into only visible cells

I working quite a bit with hidden cells and I need to paste a long horizontal range of value with hidden columns in between. The problem is that excel keeps pasting values into the hidden cells - which really don't want.

I've tried to play around with visible cells only in the special paste but I can't get it to work.

Any ideas?

The way I would approach this is to write a small macro.

How do you want to deal with the data? If I copy 3 rows and paste to row 5 (where row 6 is hidden) do you want to post to 5 and 7 only or to 5, 7 and 8 ?
