if colored with conditional formatting - yes, as described in the above link.
if somebody did coloring manually - switching off is easy - select all sheet and format fill as "no fill" or as white.
But there is no easy way to restore "manulally aplied" color once it is switched off.
The exception is that for some time if no other changes appeared in the sheet you can use Undo feature (Ctrl+Z).
Typical situation - switching off color (all cells filled white), printing, switching back (by undo).

Kaper
Hi, kopi,
maybe use styles like described in Invisible Ink.
Ciao,
Holger
Use Code-Tags for showing your code:
Your Code here
Please mark your question Solved if there has been offered a solution that works fine for you
So if that is not possible, is there any other method to mark the cells, which can be than switch on/off.(this is meant using excel for data processing not print)
Hi, kopi,
the basic idea can be used in the code or a commandbutton or togglebutton as well (check the font colour and get the new one based on the used one).

Holger
Yes, but as far as I can do, I cannot change location of cells and then maualy turn on/off filing with color or other property.
Hi, kopi,
I doubt you got the proper idea about how to use this concept for styles.
Ciao,
Holger
