Creating a spot check list from inventory list

I am looking for a Macro that would randomly select 20 items from my inventory list for performing spot checks. Column F of Active Coil Log tab is where the data would need to pull from, however I would like all data in the row to go along with it. I've explored the RAND functions, but they don't seem to be the right fit for my need. Thanks in advance!
