    Multiple results in pivot table

    Hey there

I have a problem with a pivot table which holds a reference to quite a lot of data. There are in average 2000 results every day and I want to sort them out. The pivot table menu lets me choose multiple results but it's only able to let me choose them one by one which is a nuissance when you need to choose over a 1000 fields. The format of the cells is dd:mm:yyyy hh:mm and I want to be able to let's say get a function in which I can type from and to values so that the table can render the results and show them instead of me trying to click on every single one of those results. Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on that field in Pivot Table Field List>>Select Field Setting in the drop down>>Number Format>>Date>>Select the date formatting without the time

I MUST have time attached to the report since I need to organize data for two reports per day. One from 06:00 to 14:30 and the other from 14:31 to 00:00

We can use a helper column to get the matching data alone in Pivot Table with the help of countif or if functions

Instead of pictures please attach a sample data.
