dragging a formula into a column which references unconsecutive rows

For example I need H1,H2, H3, etc. to return Sheet1! G160, K160, O160, S160 etc. I have tried index, but nothing seems to work.

So basically H1=G160
H2 = k160
H3 = O160

Any help is appreciated,
